Shipping policy
● We will use US mail for the United States, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Saint Thomas 3-15 business days.
● FREE SHIPPING: Regular Shipping (Post / Air Mail): To USA 3-15 business days. Each box shipped must not exceed 70 pounds.
• LOCAL DELIVERY FLAT RATED: We offer local delivery with a flat rate of $13.00 per package, up to a maximum size of 20” x 20” x 20” and a maximum weight of 60 pounds. This delivery will take 1 to 2 business days, depending on the time you placed your order. This local delivery applies to all of Puerto Rico.
IMPORTANT
If you purchase multiple items in a single purchase and find the shipping cost too high, please contact us immediately at info@millenniumpowersystems.com and let us know. We will help you consolidate all your items into a single box that fits perfectly.
This way, the shipping cost will be significantly lower.
● Make sure to provide us with the correct, precise, and detailed shipping address.
● As soon as we have received the payment, it will be sent to the address provided. We will also send you a shipment tracking confirmation number for your information.
● And it would be better to leave us the correct phone number so that the delivery man can reach you easily when your package arrives. And we will not use your phone number for any other purpose.
● The order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after receipt or settlement of payment.
● If you do not receive the package for more than 30 business days, please notify us.
● For the cost of shipping to the rest of the Caribbean, Gen Master will quote the different shipping companies according to the country that will be shipping. Usually, we will quote through the following companies (USPS, FedEx , DHL and UPS).
● The cheapest shipment will be selected, unless you prefer a more costly shipment and faster to reach its final destination.
Exchange and Return Policy
● Customer satisfaction is our main goal. We believe that our items are of high quality. All products have quality control. They are new and in good condition when shipped to our customers. We are convinced that you will be satisfied with your purchase.
● If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, or the wrong product was shipped, please contact us immediately.
● Returns are accepted within 7 business days from the delivery date and the item must be in its new original condition, unused, or altered in any way with attached tags and packaging. Otherwise, the deal is final. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.
● Contact us first if you have any problems, questions, or concerns. We will be happy to resolve any issues you may have in a friendly and courteous manner.
● ELECTRONIC / ELECTRICAL PARTS CANNOT BE RETURNED
